I don't know exactly who the "worst" bay rappers are, because I only listen to BAY SLAPPS! If it sounds whack... that shit gets SKIPPED real quick! Its all about Mac Dre, Andre Nickatina, Messy Marv, Jacka, and anyone that they would rap with according to respect versus how much a sucka would pay to be featured in a song. Theres a big difference between Pimps that also have lyrical talent, and Wanna-be's that know how to recite creative rhymes. The world is currently upside down.....
