Hi guys...
Might not have much luck here because most of you are youngsters, but I'm making a playlist of Bay and South rap songs with classic rock samples. There's already a lot of playlists on the net with a similar theme, but they're mostly East Coast tracks. Here's what I have so far. Would love to hear some more suggestions if you have them:
Jacka & Berner - Circles (samples The Vigil by Blue Oyster Cult)
Jacka - And I Saw (samples Landslide by Stevie Nicks)
Jay Tee - Livin It Up in Vallejo California (inspired by Hotel California by the Eagles)
K Dinero & Shiesty - Brick Walls (samples Pink Floyd)
Big Rich, Boo Banga & San Quinn - SF Anthem (samples San Francisco by Scott MacKenzie)
Mistah Fab - City Limits (samples Streets of San Francisco TV show theme)
K Dinero & Shiesty - Hangman (samples Hangman by Led Zeppelin)
Gangsta of Love - Geto Boys (samples The Joker by Steve Miller)
Johnny Cash, Mac Mall, Bavgate - Midnight on the Bay (samples Midnight on the Bay by Neill Young)
Fabolos - Breathe (samples Crime of the Century by Supertramp) - Yeah I know he's from New York but this track is too tight to ignore
Let's Go - Trick Daddy (samples Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne)
Sing For the Moment - Eminem (samples Dream On by Aerosmith) - Sure, I can accept some midwest tracks too
