blame the 30 "tastemakers" for the list, not just thizzler. They had Jacka, Stalin, San Quinn, Stretch & hella other big names on that panel doing the voting aswell.
I could go on & on about how I feel bout this shit but that Bay Area Freshman shit is bootsy as fuck & it seems like every year niggas from the same circles getting put on the list.
