Is Rich the Factor in jail again?

I heard he was locked up but I have no idea. He hasn't dropped anything in a while or tweeted or anything and he gets locked up like every 6 months anyway. Anyone know if he is back in jail?

shit i guess that last time he was locked up he was up here in clay county..thats what people was tellin me he did like 30 days for some traffic shit.thatd be dope if i was in county and rich walked in and was my celly lol
