Is this the worst year for Bay Area Rap yet?

I know we are only going into the 4th month of the year, but not a damn good thing has dropped yet. The only thing I'm waiting for is Gully's Bermuda Triangle album. I have a feeling this year is going to be the worst yet and every year since what 09 has steady gotten worse. I try and be optimistic since 95% of the music I listen to comes from the bay cause its what i grew up on. The bay rap scene needs a revival and ASAP
